You would be surprised to know that good lighting does more than just enhance the appeal of your home. There are in fact health benefits associated with the types of fixtures installed in your house.
One good example is the full spectrum bulb, which was made to duplicate the light coming from the sun. However, too much light can cause problems as well. It can even cause headaches if a great concentration of it hits your eyes. It can also lead to stress that would eventually cause high blood pressure or even a heart attack. So to avoid any health problems, use only the appropriate lighting in your home.
